Alkixen (Crizotinib) is a kinase inhibitor used to treat metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in patients with ALK or ROS1 positive tumors, as verified by an FDA-approved test. It is also approved for treating relapsed or refractory ALK-positive systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) in children aged 1 year and older, as well as in young adults.
